Adding a Property is simple. In order to add a Property in Property Binders you must have an Agent Account with an active subscription.

You can add a Property by clicking the "Add Property" button in the top right corner after logging in to your agent account. 

Once you Click Add Property you will see this page, we will cover everything below:

The Cover Photo should be a photo that allows you to easily recognize the property, you don't need to add one as you can add a creative account to the property later down. This will be the photo that shows up when searching through multiple properties.

You can select between Residential or Commercial Property

You can give your property a Property Title (this can always just be the address)

You don't need to fill out a Property Website if you don't have one yet (A website dedicated to a single property). Once you have finished this article and created a property, you can learn How to Request a Property Website. 

You can either add your own Property Description or turn on the AI Property Description Generator. For this to work properly you will need to have put the address and a few other pieces of information in for better accuracy. 

Assigning A Creative To A Property allows creative accounts access to the property to edit, add, and access content. They must have a Creative Account and they must be added to your Favorites to show up in this area.

Floor Plans, Videos, and Photos are all areas to upload content for the property to keep everything organized and in one place. Simply click it or drop items in to upload content! Make sure to click save at the bottom to save your new property!
